newer clients of at least two months or three visits. Please make

check/insufficient funds fee of $25 may apply in the event of a returned
check.
Please give at least
12 hours notice of cancellation of appointment. Less than 12 hours
notice will result in a cancellation/no-show fee of $25, payable at your
